Physical verification

Autonomous systems that
prove their own work

We build production robotics for hospitals, laboratories and industrial floors, where an error nobody catches costs far more than the downtime it causes. Every system we deliver records what it did and the physical evidence that it worked.

The intelligence layer

Powered by PollenX

PollenX is our own AI platform. It reads the instruction, plans the work, and specifies the test that confirms the work was done.

It runs inside your infrastructure. Your floor plans, your process data, your patient records and your failures stay on hardware you control, and no model vendor sits in the middle of your operation.

Every EMC Robotics platform on this page is built on it.

Four systems,
one rule

Nothing reports a result it cannot evidence. What each platform can show you today is stated on its tile, including where the answer is not yet.

Manipulation Live in your browser

Physically intelligent robots

Language-driven manipulation for work that cannot be allowed to fail quietly. Rising torque does not tell you a cap is sealed, because a cross-threaded cap resists in exactly the same way.

Patient monitoring Live in your browser

Contactless vitals

Pulse and respiratory rate from a camera the patient already owns. Four algorithms read the same video and each reports its own number and its own confidence.

Wayfinding

One routing engine serves the visitor at a kiosk, the patient on a phone and the autonomous robot in the corridor. Close a wing and all three re-plan in the same instant.

Fleet operations Walkthrough in build

Mixed fleet orchestration

One control plane for every robot you operate, whoever built it. Submit the work rather than the command, and the platform decides which unit runs it.

How we build

Three commitments

Verification is an engineering problem

The useful question is never what the sensor happens to say. It is what experiment would settle the matter. Different actions demand different proof, and choosing well is a design decision we take seriously.

Nothing grades its own work

The model plans the action and specifies the test. Physics returns the number. A system that marks its own homework will eventually tell you what you were hoping to hear.

Confidence is graded and explicit

A direct measurement, an inference from the actuators and the model’s opinion carry very different weight. We label all three, and every result says which one produced it.
